INS Tarangini is a tall ship of the Indian Navy. Tarangini is a three-masted barque, square rigged on the fore and main masts and fore-and-aft rigged on the mizzen mast. She was constructed in Goa to a design by the British naval architect Colin Mudie, and launched on 1 December 1995....commissioned in 1997 as a sail training ship for naval cadets. tall mast ship of the Barquentine class owned and operated by the Indonesian Navy. Built in Germany by HC Stülcken & Sohn. Construction on the Dewaruci began in 1932, but was suspended due to the outbreak of World War II, which caused heavy damage to the shipyard where she was being constructed. She was finally completed in 1952 and launched in 1953. Since then, she has been based out of Surabaya on the Java Sea. The traditional Thames Barge, 'Edme' taking part in the annual barge race in September 2011. The barges leave Bateman's Tower, Brightlingsea and race along the coast and back. The 'Edme' is chartered by Edme Consortium. Edme Ltd are based at their maltings in Mistley, Essex. Some twenty or so of the remaining Thames Barges, now operate from and along east coast estuaries (Orwell, Stour, Colne, Blackwater, Thames, etc) on hire for pleasure cruising and sightseeing. The 'Edme' is seen passing the beach at East Mersea as it leaves Brightlingsea along the River Colne estuary. Thames barges are a regular sight in ones and twos along the east coast, but only at barge matches can they be seen in great numbers.

Christian Radich is a Norwegian full rigged ship, named after a Norwegian shipowner. The vessel was built at Framnæs shipyard in Sandefjord, Norway, and was delivered on 17 June 1937. The owner was The Christian Radich Sail Training Foundation established by a grant from an officer of that name. The vessel is a full rigged three masted steel hull, callsign is LJLM, its homeport is Oslo, and the IMO number is 5071729.

United States Coastguard (USCG) sail training ship Eagle. Originally a German sail training ship launched in 1936, she handed over to the United States as war reparation in 1946. Displacing 1816 tons at full load, she is 239.6 metres long and can carry up to 180 cadets under training in addition to her permanent crew. She is pictured dressed overall at the Trafalgar 2005 review, Spithead, England.
Launched in 1930 and completed in the following year, the Amerigo Vespucci was built as a sail training vessel for naval cadets. Displacing 4126 tons at full load, her hull measures 270 metres overall with the bowsprit adding another 50 metres. She is shown proceeding under the power of her twin diesel electric propulsion systems. She can carry a crew of 243 officers and cadets.
