A busy Trafalgar Square photographed during the 1960s. The church of St Martin in the Fields and South Africa House are on the right as is the statue of Major General Sir Henry Havelock, hero of the Indian Mutiny. In 2003 the mayor of London Ken Livingstone suggested that Havelock and Napier's statues be replaced with more relevant figures.
