This is the path up to Corn Du, the first peak, and then on to the highest point in South Wales, Pen-y-fan. In the foreground is a litte frozen pond, usually used as a source of drinking water for the mountain sheep. Also the memorial to little Tommy Jones can be seen. This 5 year old boy became lost in the mountains one night trying to find his way to his Grandfathers's house and died at a spot near here.
