    Description
This particular lioness in Chobe is called survivor bt the local rangers. She belonged to a pride of 3 lionesses who had cubs. Some stupid driver unknown travelled so fast that he/she hit the two lionesses and killed them. The cubs died and survivor is now alone.. this happened one week before our visit and she is exhausted and very lonely. How can I say this .. well I know lions well they are gregarious and social ..they also depend on each other to hunt for food and protection.. will she survive ? Time will tell but I will not bet on it.. will the driver be caught no! Please save our wild life .. wherever they are. 10th September 2009
