Description
An image of the famous Glen Roy in the Scottish Highlands. Known for the three visible parallel lines that run right around the Glen which are the remnants of an Ice Dammed lake from 10,000 years ago. Glen Roy also holds the claim of being the last inter-Clan battleground. The Battle was fought ion 4th August 1688 and was were the Mackintosh's were defeated by the MacDonell Clan.

Looking eastward into Glen Coe from a footpath that runs along the river Coe near Signal Rock and the the Clachaig. On the left the Aonach Eagach ridge is enveloped in cloud while on the left sunlight touches the top of the great buttress of Aonach Dubh.
