Since the beginning of February, many "supporters" of Hosni Mubarak have clashed with anti government protestors in Tahrir Square. High-tech Prayer times indicator for the five daily prayers required. Seen at the Jumeirah Grand Mosque, Jumeirah Road, Dubai. The year was 1426AH when this image was taken in March, 2005. Normally, tours are arranged through the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding. A brief history tells us that the construction took three years from 1975 and that the Mosque can accommodate 1,200 worshipers. The Mosques is one of the largest in Dubai and is built in the Islamic Fatimy style.
