Description
March 6, 1912: Titanic (right) had to be moved out of the drydock so her sister Olympic, which had lost a propeller in a collision with HMS Hawke, could have it replaced.Work concentrated on the Olympic to get her seaworthy which delayed the building and launch of the Titanic. One may cautiously presume that the delay proved ill fated....it was tragic luck. PD image..restored and retouched by stro-foto
