Gwyn Headley, Founder and Managing Director
Headley worked as a book publishing consultant for 30 years. He built Britain’s first web site for estate agents in 1994, and is a leading figure in the heritage industry. He is the author of seven books, and has been involved in picture library management for eighteen years.
Yvonne Seeley, Marketing Director & Company Secretary
Seeley was a founding Director of Creative Minds, a sales promotion agency retained by Diageo for 12 years. She worked as Account Director on many leading consumer products and services, including Smirnoff, Alliance and Leicester, Colmans Sauces, Cinzano and Robinsons Fruit Drinks.
Neil Smith, Technical Development Manager
Smith was one of the founders of Nasis Ltd, an innovative information services company. He has over 6 years of experience managing IT projects including a large scale data indexing system over a distributed architecture and many complex web-based applications.
Llinos Merks, Picture Checker
Tri-lingual in German, Welsh and English, Merks oversees all images uploaded to fotolibra and ensures there is no inappropriate content.
Dianne Owen, Accountant
Owen is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant with over 20 years experience in industry. She was Finance Director for a blue chip company before setting up Marstane Accountancy Services in 2004, which handles financial, bookkeeping and general accountancy duties for the Company.
Dan Ashdown, Web Designer
Former Managing Director of magazine publishers Magma Publishing. His passion for web design and functionality brought him to his present position with fotoLibra.
Jacqui Norman, Web Editor
A self-confessed pedant and stickler for accuracy, Jacqui leads a reclusive but bandwidth-heavy existence in Snowdonia, from whence she issues Picture Calls, Newsletters and other proclamations to fotoLibra members.
Shane Edwards, Web Designer
fotoLibra's newest team member. Is always keen and enthusiastic to create great visual impact for every web page design.

Graham Sadd
Sadd has more than 25 years experience as an entrepreneur, founding and managing businesses from graphic design to international software publishing. In 1993 he founded Infobank Plc and became the company’s CEO in 1998. Infobank, originally funded by 3i plc, floated on AIM in February 1997 and moved to the London Stock Exchange in April 2000. Graham stood down in April 2001. He is the CEO and founder of PAOGA.
Nick Webb
Prior to becoming an author, Webb was Managing Director of Simon & Schuster (UK) for ten years.
Nigel Paul
Paul is a chartered accountant working as a corporate financial consultant with a portfolio of client firms ranging from accountancy to publishing. He was Chairman of accountants Wilder Coe.
