All the information you'll need to make fotolibra work for you is contained on this site.

If you are still having problems, please read the following list then email us with the details at including your Member ID, which you can find in Control Bar > Details.

  • If you are having general problems, please tell us what operating system (Windows? Mac OS X? Linux?) you are using and the version number. If relevant, attach a screenshot.
  • If you are having a problem with the fotolibra website, please tell us what browser you are using (Firefox? Chrome? Safari? Opera? Internet Explorer?) and the version number.
  • If you are having a problem with uploading images and your image file is less than 10MB, please attach it to your email.
  • If you are having a problem with fotolibra DND, the drag and drop image uploader, check that JRE (Java Runtime Environment) is installed at

For all queries we'll reply within 24 working hours (and probably much more quickly during the working week). If we have not replied to you within 24 working hours — three days — please contact us again as we will not have received your email.
